October 2003, the Ministry of Commerce approved Guangzhou Materials Group to transfer the business of steel import to GZAT.
2004
April 2004, GZAT exploited the business of automotive parts, construction machinery and electrical products.
April 2004, completed the changes of corporation constitution.
